At Stay Calm & Start CPR, we are serious about your health and well-being. Older adults and people who have severe underlying chronic medical conditions like heart or lung disease or diabetes seem to be at higher risk for developing more serious complications from COVID-19 illness.
To curtail the spread of infection within our surroundings, we have increased our preventative measures in environmental safety. Hand sanitizers with above 60% alcohol is readily available at skills stations and frequently touched objects and surfaces are cleaned and disinfected regularly. We encourage hand washing with soap and water for at least 20 seconds prior to and after completion of skills. We have also decreased our class sizes.
In our classroom, we follow AHA & CDC guidelines. If you or a family member is sick, please stay home and reschedule your class for no additional cost or receive full refund.
