If you must re-schedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: Once your payment has been accepted by us, we will be unable to offer a refund for cancellations.
RESCHEDULING: Appointments can be easily rescheduled. Please remember to contact us immediately (prior to 24 hours) if you need to re-schedule. Classes rescheduled later than the 24 hour window will be considered a cancellation. We don't provide refund after the class has been rescheduled once.
***Please be aware that if your payment has not been received 48 hours (2 days) prior to the class start, your booking will automatically be cancelled. This will allow us to offer the class to other students, who may be on a waiting list****
LATE POLICY: Please call ahead you will be arriving late more than 15 minutes. If you arrive (or plan to arrive) later than 15 minutes after the class is scheduled to begin, you will need to re-schedule your class with us.
WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE REFUNDS TO STUDENTS THAT ARE UNABLE TO ARRIVE TO THEIR SCHEDULED CLASS ON TIME
